Since the Direction for the employment of the field artillery in combat published in 1915 is particularly important both because it reflects the lessons learned during the Balkan wars and in particular during the siege of Odrin, and because it contains the rules used by the Bulgarian artillery at beginning of the First World War, I revised and greatly increased (perhaps too much) the text I had prepared in 2010.
