I'm traying to write a page about the head of the fortress artillery, but I have two problems:
1. I need a biography of Hristo Kushev, head of the fortress artillery in 1908-12, and I hope that Dibo can help me;
2. I was not able to find the last head of the heavy (fortress-siege) artillery during the World War (after Dimitar Pernikliyski). Does anybody know who was?
Since I'm not able to open my inbox, I cannot read my old mails. Some weeks ago one of the member of the Forum contacted me about a picture in http://www.lostbulgaria.com Unfortunately I don't remember his name. Can he contact me at webmaster@bulgarianartillery.it
