A friend of mine is interested in the history of Bulgaria and of the Balkans,
especially at the beginning of the XX century.

I ask you a favor: Could you indicate me some books about this period? This friend
is more fluent in German than in English, but both languages are OK.

Сър Стивън Рънсиман "История на първото българско царство". Казвам я на български, защото така я знам, превеждана е. Вероятно обратният превод е Steven Runsiman "The History of the First Bulgarian Kingdom".

Имаше една книжка ако не се лъжа на Александър Въчков (имам я, но на друго място и не мога да проверя) за униформите на българската армия в началото на 20 в с много хубави рисувани илюстрации и текста беше на български и английски с обща информация за армията в началото на 20 в, въоръжение и униформи.
