hardly, the US league teams play but its not very popular (compared to other sports)

luckily we get all the games here on satellite

the stadium where its being played is only about an hour from my house and the NJ Devils hockey team play near there aswell and my father and I go to Devils games

You guys probably get more Premier League games on TV than we do in England. Some European countries do. I think that's because of all the legal rows regarding TV coverage.

Although it's illegal, most pubs show the games on foreign channels. I watched the Newcastle/Blackburn game last Saturday on some French channel at the pub. It's quite odd actually as the commentator would say a few English words every now and then amid a torrent of French. In the middle of a load of French you'd hear "and Bellamy, through to Shearer, and it's a corner" then a load of French again :?

oh comeon I cannot comprehend this widespread hatred towards the French people :roll: I personally like many French things

and please don't pull the "they are arrogant" crap again, as a matter of fact everyone is arrogant. Who isn't - the British? The Gemans? The Austrians? The Russians? The ....LOL ... the americans? Nearly every nation that has some importance in this world does often behave less respectably than it should.
