Identification Help

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone can help me to identify these Bulgarian Military Aviation Officers...

The photo was taken in 1913 during the Second Balkan War near Bulair. Any information is most Welcome.

I think they are :
Lt. Prodan Tarakchiev, chief of the 2nd Balloon Unit
Gen.Maj. Simeon Jankov, Inspector of the Engineer Troops
Lt. Radul Milkov, chief of the 1st Aeroplane Unit

I knew the person in the middle was Simeon Yankov, but I wasnt sure who the other two were though... OK, so you think that the guy on the left is Prodan Tarakchiev, and the guy on the right is Radul Milkov...

Not exactly - indeed Simeon Yankov and Radul Milkov are on the photo, but the guy on the left is a colonel. I think I have seen him somewhere....
