Translation and identification of a bulgarian dokument

Hello!
I have a group in my collection that belongs to a german Sailor.
It contains the
ROYAL BULGARIAN BRONZ MERIT MEDAL, and the german and Bulgarian dokument.

I can't read Bulgarian. Is there someone, that can tell me, what the dokument says exacly. I hope you can translate each line seperate. I'd like to understand what each word means.

I hope I'm not asking to much.

Why would he have gotten such a medal?

Something else, that I notice is that they call him a corporal, while he is a Matroseobergefreiten.

They also call the emden a training cruiser. Was this indeed a trainings cruiser?

You say Varna. I thought , that that name isn't mentioned at the dokument.
I believed it was dated below with
Sophia, 18 november 1839 Am I correct?


The set included a seekarte of the Emden. He indeed visited Bulgaria in 1938



The sailor also got this medal (see photo)
What do you think of that. It looks like a medal that's NOT made by himself.
I believe its cruiser Emden, you see there.

The ribbon looks like the one of the Royal bulgarian merit medal. Does anyone have a theory about the medal?

Varna is the port in Bulgaria which Emden visited in 1938. You can see the name under number 13 on the map.
Sofia is the place where this license was issued.
I don't konw what kind of madel is that with ship on it. But the other is "Royal bulgarian merit medal", actually the face on it is that of Boris himself, and the text is "Boris III tzar of the bulgarians".

Do you agree, that the ribbon above the mysterious medal is that of the Bulgarian merit medal? That might mean, that that medal is also bulgarian.

Do you mean, that they used a wrong dokument for the medal, or...

Sorry, my mistake. Not 13, but 11 Warna.
About the ribbon, do you mean that with the crown and eagle? Probably it is with the Merit Medal, but I am not sure. we have some experts here, probably they will tell you some details.

Here you can see the same medal, but with the image of Prince Ferdinand I instead of tzar Boris III.
